How much do you think you owe?
Which tax years do you owe for?
Is it personal tax, business tax or both?
What is the reason you got into this tax problem?
Is the IRS already taking your assets?
Have you determined that making a payment plan would be a hardship or impossible?
Do you owe State Taxes, also? How much?
How/when can you be contacted?
I will refer you to the Enrolled Agent who helped me... I could have done the whole process without him, but after seeing how he did it for me I know I would have done it all wrong and would have spent three or four or five times as much... even counting his reasonable fee.
