We offer to the true bagel afficionado these marvelous bagels from a boutique shop just outside of Manhattan. The shop serves the local public only and does not ship its product, but since we discovered how fabulous these bagels are, we thought it would be fun to share them with a few dozen real fans of the perfect bagel.
